About the Role
The Career Accelerators (TCA) is looking for a creative and highly dependable Graphic Designer to support the organization's ongoing visual design needs.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging, professional, and brand-consistent graphics across TCA's marketing, content, training, and promotional activities.
This will include everything from social media graphics and carousels to webinar materials, YouTube thumbnails, blog graphics, promotional materials, and other visual assets required by the organization.
We are looking for someone who can take an idea or brief and turn it into visually compelling content while maintaining a consistent TCA brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Creation

Design graphics for TCA's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels.

Create engaging social media carousels from provided content and ideas.

Design promotional graphics for webinars, workshops, events, training programs, and other campaigns.

Create YouTube and video thumbnails designed to attract attention and encourage engagement.

Design images, banners, and supporting graphics for blog posts and website content.

Create marketing materials such as flyers, advertisements, lead magnets, brochures, and promotional assets.

Support the creation of visual assets for email campaigns and program launches.

Develop presentation graphics and other materials as required.
Brand Consistency

Ensure all designs consistently reflect TCA's brand identity, colours, typography, and visual style.

Help develop reusable templates for recurring content and campaigns.

Maintain organized design files and templates that can easily be reused or updated.

Continuously improve the visual quality and consistency of TCA's content.
Content & Marketing Collaboration

Work closely with the Founder, content team, and marketing team to translate ideas and written content into strong visual concepts.

Recommend creative approaches to make content more engaging and visually appealing.

Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and dimensions.

Manage multiple design requests while meeting agreed deadlines.

Respond to feedback and make revisions efficiently.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.

A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and social media design.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding.

Experience designing social media graphics, carousels, advertisements, and marketing materials.

Strong working knowledge of Canva and/or professional design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.

Ability to take written content or a simple brief and develop a compelling visual concept.

Key Responsibilities
- Help develop, own, and execute TCA’s overall content strategy across social media, blogs, email, video, and other digital channels.
- Build and manage a content calendar aligned with TCA’s brand, audience needs, growth priorities, and business objectives.
- Identify relevant content themes, topics, trends, and opportunities that can strengthen TCA’s authority and organic visibility.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Write scripts for YouTube videos and other video content.
- Research and write SEO-optimized blog posts, including keyword and topic research.
- Develop content that improves our visibility across search engines and AI/LLM-powered search platforms.
- Write weekly emails, newsletters, and campaign communications for our community.

About the Role
The Career Accelerators (TCA) is looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager to help coordinate the day-to-day activities of the organization and support its continued growth.
This role will work closely with the Founder to ensure priorities are executed, teams and activities remain aligned, performance is tracked, and operational processes continue to improve as the organization grows.
We are looking for someone who can combine strong execution with problem-solving and strategic thinking - someone who can identify issues, recommend solutions, and help implement them.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination

Coordinate key activities across programs, marketing, sales, student support, mentorship, and other operational areas.

About the Role
The Career Accelerators (TCA) is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant & Social Media Manager to support the day-to-day administration, customer engagement, social media, and community activities of the organization.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, following up on tasks, and ensuring that customers and members of the TCA community receive a positive experience.
The successful candidate will support a wide range of activities across administration, customer service, social media, webinars, community management, and special programs.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Customer Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across TCA.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and customer enquiries.
- Respond to enquiries received through email, phone, social media, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students, existing clients, alumni, and other stakeholders as required.
- Maintain accurate records and update relevant systems, trackers, and databases.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and other activities.
- Support documentation, data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- Assist the Founder and wider team with ad hoc administrative activities as required.
Customer Experience & Follow-Up
- Serve as a key point of contact for students and customers.
- Respond to questions promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads, students, and clients to ensure outstanding actions are completed.
- Support student onboarding and communication throughout their journey with TCA.
- Escalate more complex customer issues to the appropriate team member.

Social Media Management
- Manage TCA's social media accounts and day-to-day social media activities.
- Schedule and publish approved content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Ensure posts are published according to the content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement and respond or escalate where appropriate.
- Maintain consistency across TCA's social media presence.
- Track basic social media performance and provide periodic updates.
- Support the marketing team with campaigns, announcements, events, and program promotions.
Alumni & Community Management
- Support the management and growth of the TCA alumni and wider community.
- Maintain regular communication with alumni and community members.
- Encourage participation, engagement, networking, and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate alumni activities, updates, events, and initiatives.
- Keep alumni information and contact records up to date.
- Identify alumni success stories, testimonials, and opportunities for alumni involvement.
Webinar & Event Coordination
- Coordinate TCA's monthly webinars from planning through delivery.
- Manage registrations, participant communications, reminders, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate speakers, hosts, presentation materials, and webinar logistics.
- Support webinar promotion across TCA's communication channels.
- Ensure recordings, attendance information, and post-event communications are properly managed.
Special Program Coordination
- Provide administrative and coordination support for special TCA programs and partnerships, including initiatives such as the Black Career Advancement Program (BCAP).
- Coordinate participant communications, schedules, documentation, meetings, and program activities.
- Follow up with participants, trainers, mentors, employers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain program trackers and ensure important deadlines and deliverables are followed.
- Support reporting and other administrative requirements associated with special programs.
